Saturday March 15. 2025. Kiwanis Park- North End on Grass Field (West of Mill Avenue & Baseline Road, Tempe Arizona). Entry gate is open between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM on day of show

2025 Entrance Fees

$25: NON-JUDGED, entry photo and perimeter parking, not judged. $25: Pre-1998 ONLY, JUDGED, entry photo, preferred spacious parking, dash plaque, raffle ticket (Winners receive 1st place plaques- must pre register by 3/7/2025). $30: NON-JUDGED at the gate, after March 7th. $40: Fee for above JUDGED category after March 7th and at the gate- no exceptions.

Classes for Cars: CA to CL. Classes for Trucks: TA to TH. Any other specifications are listed in the drop down menu. Entrants shall have one hour after parking or until 9:45 AM to request a change in class (the final decision shall be left entirely to car show committee).

Application Agreement

By my registering for the 2025 Catch-A-Wave Car Show sponsored by the Kiwanis Nuevo Club of Tempe, I agree: 1. That the information on this form will be used only for this car show and to notify me of future car shows sponsored by this Kiwanis Club. 2. That I hereby release and hold harmless the Kiwanis Nuevo Club of Tempe, its officers and members from any responsibility for any and all damages and/or personal injuries sustained by me or my property from any cause whatsoever, while driving to and from and while participating in this car show event excepting gross negligence. 3. That I will take my assigned space(s) in this car show and remain in that space(s) through the 1:00 PM hour. 4. That this car show is just that and ‘for sale’ signs are prohibited from being visibly displayed on the exterior of the vehicle. 5. That the event management reserves the right to restrict entrants and/or guests to behavior deemed acceptable or unacceptable for a family event during any and all activities of this show including the right of eviction from the premises if necessary. 6. That no exhibition of speed or excessive revving of engines will be allowed. 7. That no weapons, boom boxes, profanity/vulgar language or alcoholic beverages will be allowed in the car show area. 8. That the City of Tempe Kiwanis Park has graciously allowed us to hold this event on their site with the understanding that we will leave the premises clean and free of litter. Please use the designated trash receptacles and supply of restroom facilities. 9. That the promotion by me and my guests of the popular form of judging will aid other children’s charity work of this Kiwanis Club. 10. In the event that the car show needs to be cancelled due to weather your pre-registration fee will be considered a donation to the Kiwanis Nuevo Youth Charities Programs.
